HOW I CAME TO THIS WORk

I didn’t arrive here by accident.
I arrived here by listening.

For years, I did what most women are told to do when their health feels “off.” I ate well. I tried herbs and supplements. I followed the advice that was supposed to work.

But the deeper issues—fatigue, hormonal shifts, gut symptoms, stubborn weight changes—kept resurfacing.  What finally made the difference wasn’t doing more. It was slowing down and looking at the body as a system.

That shift changed everything. It’s what led me to mineral balancing, gut health, nervous system support, and cyclical awareness—and it’s the foundation of how I now support other women who know their symptoms are connected—even if no one has helped them make sense of how yet.

but it wasn't always that way...

Bossed up — and quietly burnt out.

I was capable. Driven. Responsible.
The kind of woman who say's, "pass me the plabook coach!" and then executed with excellence.

I trusted my discipline.
I trusted my intelligence.
I trusted that if I just kept going, my body would catch up and I'd figure it out eventually.

What I didn’t see yet was how much I had learned to push past my body's own signals.

I was doing what folks call healthy. 
I was high-functioning — and disconnected from what my body actually needed.

My work is slower now — and far more precise.

I don’t chase symptoms or stack protocols.
I start by understanding how the body is actually functioning: mineral status, digestion, stress physiology, and hormonal signaling.

I use functional labs to make sense of patterns that have been dismissed or fragmented.
And I help women reconnect to their bodies as intelligent systems — not problems to fix.
